Industry-specific vocational training for you
The courses follow the recommended curriculum of the Swedish Work Environment Authority and industry organizations. According to labor law, the employer is primarily responsible for the working environment, and the employee is jointly responsible for having the right training for the job. Approved course participants receive a competence certificate with a photo.
Fall protection
This training is intended for all individuals working at heights (over two meters). A risk assessment will determine if it is necessary in other situations, such as when working with work platforms, in confined spaces, or near water. The training includes both theory and practical components. Participants will also have the opportunity to test hanging from greater heights with the correct equipment. The training concludes with both practical and theoretical exams.
Course Duration: 4 hours of theory with practice
Hot work
Training for all those involved in hot work, including permit issuers, fire watchers, and hot work operators*. The training combines practical exercises with theory, covering everything from the workplace safety plan and insurance company safety regulations to fire knowledge and practical exercises. *Hot work = Flammable work at temporary workplaces.
Course Duration: 6.5 hours
Work platforms/ skylifts
This training is intended for lift operators, as well as supervisors and safety representatives. During the training, we cover laws and regulations, employer responsibilities, employee responsibilities, air types, construction, maintenance, daily inspection, inspection, safety measures, and fall protection.
Course Duration: 4 hours of theory and 4 hours of practice
Safe lifting/lifting training
This course is designed for individuals handling and transporting various materials using cranes and hoists. It is aimed at those who connect various loads, serve as signalmen, and direct crane operators. The training covers everything from laws and regulations to risk assessment and the selection of lifting equipment.
Course Duration: 4 hours of theory and practice
Scaffolding construction, general
This course is for those with little or no experience or training in assembling, altering, and dismantling scaffolding at heights of 2–9 meters or those supervising such work. Topics covered include laws and regulations, risk assessment, scaffolding safety, erection, use, and dismantling plans, and scaffold anchoring.
Course Duration: 8 hours
Scaffolding construction, advanced
This course is intended for those with experience in assembling, altering, and dismantling scaffolding at heights of 2–9 meters or those supervising such work. Topics covered include laws and regulations, scaffold selection, risk assessment, scaffold anchoring, weather protection, and practical assembly and dismantling of scaffolding.
Course Duration: 16 hours, including 8 hours of theory and 8 hours of practice. Fall protection exercise included.
Bolt gun
This course is for construction workers, contractors, plumbing and HVAC installers, electricians, and industrial and agricultural workers. The course covers the Swedish Work Environment Authority’s regulations, risk assessment, personal protective equipment, safety measures, function and usage, labeling, maintenance, and ammunition and fasteners.
Course Duration: 4 hours
Forklift training
This training is intended for industrial workers, contractors, terminal operators, professional drivers, warehouse workers, and construction workers. It covers laws and regulations, forklift licenses and permits, work procedures, risks, safety regulations, cargo handling, ergonomics, and hazardous materials.
Course Duration: 16 hours, including 8 hours of theory and 8 hours of practice. The course concludes with a theoretical exam, and the participant receives their forklift license. Forklift Basic License: 8 hours.
First aid and defibrillator
This training is for companies and organizations that want to be able to handle emergency situations and similar crises in the workplace. No prior knowledge is required. The course covers methods and handling of respiratory arrest, cardiac arrest, and the use of defibrillators.
Course Duration: 4 hours
Crane
This course is intended for those who want to become crane operators, load connectors, lift supervisors, or signalmen. It is also suitable for supervisors and other professionals. The course covers Swing Cranes, Portal Cranes, Cantilever Cranes, and Telfers. Topics include laws and regulations, crane construction, air tools, risk assessment, load connections, safe crane operation, personnel lifting, collision risk, maintenance, inspection, and service.
Course Duration: 8 hours
